Water dissolve mineral salts and other nutrients and transport them to other parts of the body (Belk & Maier, 2019). Similarly, fat is also important; however, excessive consumption can be harmful. Also, the saturated fat are more harmful the body; therefore, the question should not be on whether trans-fat or saturated fat are good or not, but, what is the recommended amount that one should consume. Everything taken in excess can be harmful to the body
